Marketing and client relations, program development, master planning, site design, construction drawings and specifications, cost estimating, construction administration, warranty and post occupancy evaluations.

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Dennis has maintained an Independent Practice of Landscape Architecture and Land Planning in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia since 1979, with responsibility for planning, design and coordination of contracts administered by Bell/Glazener Design Group. He has a broad range of project experience including educational environments, downtown re-development, recreation planning, residential, multi-family and commercial/retail design.

 

Dennis is involved throughout the design process from initial programming and scheduling to supervision of construction and project close-out. He is also involved in securing permits and approvals required by state and local agencies associated with the design and construction process. His working knowledge of infrastructure systems (I.E. irrigation, illumination, signage, etc.) insures optimum integration of these features into the overall design.

 

Since joining Bell/Glazener Design Group the firm has received over twenty national, state and local awards for design excellence.

 

With a background and educational training in psychology and landscape architecture, Dennis brings a multifaceted perspective to the programming and conceptual design of each project.
